Lissa Dee is an emerging country singer-songwriter known for her soulful voice, and genre-bending influences. Originally from the small farm town of Tabernacle, New Jersey, Lissa now resides in Southern California and spends a frequent amount of time in Nashville, where she writes and performs regularly.

Her music draws from a wide range of influences—from country icons to blues and Southern California rock bands. Artists like Chris Stapleton, Amy Winehouse, Janis Joplin, Etta James, and The Red Hot Chili Peppers have all shaped her unique sonic identity.

After earning her degree in music from Pennsylvania State University, Lissa moved to California to pursue her dream. She first made waves as the lead vocalist of rock band Blazing Jane, releasing two albums before stepping into her solo career as a country artist in 2022.

Her breakout single, "Empty Bottle," released in 2023, earned her regional attention and a San Diego Music Award nomination in the “Best Pop Song” category. By 2024, she had released multiple singles, performed in Nashville and Las Vegas, and began collaborating with major industry names like Johnny Garcia (Trisha Yearwood, Garth Brooks), Alan Sanderson (The RollingStones, Switchfoot, Elton John), and James East (Michael Jackson, Elton John).

In addition to her original music, Lissa is known for her powerful rendition of the National Anthem, performing at some of San Diego’s biggest events—including major rodeos and sporting events.

In 2025, she was nominated for “Best Country Artist” at the San Diego Music Awards, solidifying her place as one of the most exciting female country artists on the rise.

She is currently recording new music and will be touring across the West this Fall bringing her music to rodeos, festivals, and venues.
